buenas noches, tengo el siguiente error cuando trato de recibir mails, al enviar a hotmail o gmail no tengo problemas.

Que es lo que tengo que hacer? Gracias de antemano por su ayuda
Seguro tienes configurado
Seguro tienes configurado bien los registros MX para tu server?, puedes darnos mas información sobre tu arquitectura?, talvez algún firewall que tengas frente?
