Amigos hago notar este error de este excelente script para limitación de ancho de banda como es el htb-gen, version: rpm -q htb-gen: htb-gen-0.8.4-1
Por defecto htb-gen solo soporta que limites a 500 hosts (lineas que incluyen la ip min down min up max down y max up). Así que para que no le pase a ustedes deben modificar en el htb-gen.conf el # de la clase inicial para que te soporte mas de 500 ip limitadas.
Este es el error detectado:

Para arreglar entrar a /etc/htb-gen/htb-gen.conf

pueden cambiar a class_star="1002" y para ser mas ordenados cambien class_parent_down="1000" y class_parent_up="1001", esos valores los puedes colocar como gustes.
