Hace solo unos pocos días me decidí a instalar Ubuntu 9.04 amd64 y después de instalar algunos nuevos paquetes y al intentar bajar otros más, al intentar usar el Gestor de actualizaciones me salio este mensaje:
No se ha podido inicializar la información de los paquetes

Ha ocurrido un problema imposible de corregir cuando se inicializaba la información de los paquetes.

Por favor, informe de ésto como un fallo en el paquete «update-manager» e incluya el siguiente mensaje de error:

'E:Línea 1 mal formada en lista de fuentes /etc/apt/sources.list.d/getdeb.list (dist), E:No se pudieron leer las listas de fuentes.'
Y ahora ya no puedo ni usar ni el Gestor de actualizaciones, el Gestor de Paquetes Synaptic ni Añadir y quitar "Instalar y desinstalar aplicaciones", soy nuevo y completamente inexperto en el terreno de Linux y la verdad es que me está gustando tremendamente este Sistema Operativo, pero me siento desconcertado al no poder solucionar nada, leyendo por aquí y por allá alguien aconsejaba usar el comando gksudo gedit /etc/atp/sources.list
sudo apt-get -f install pero al hacerlo me salio lo siguiente:

y se ha detenido en todo este texto, si trato de cerrar la ventana de esta terminal me sale la leyenda:

¿Cerrar esta ventana?
Aún hay un proceso ejecutándose en esta terminal. Cerrar la terminal lo matará. y no sé que debo hacer.
Agradecería toda ayuda al respecto.
