Estimados amigos tengo una situacion en la filial de panama en la empresa que trabajo al momento de enviar email desde un servidor me da el siguiente resultado

Alguien ha tenido este inconveniente ?

No entendi muy bien quien esta enviando el mail, pero aparentemente el servidor que recibe el mensaje intenta resolver el reverso del dominio donde proviene el mail y al no conseguirlo rechaza el mail. Si tu servidor no esta haciendo esta comprobacion es posible que tu Proveedor lo este haciendo. esta es una tecnica que se usa habitualmente para evitar SPAM.

Debes empezar analizando esta parte. Tal parece que el servidor esta verificando el remitente y resolviendo el reverso. Revisa que parámetro tienes en la configuracion de postfix en myorigin, deberías tener un FQDN [1].

El que te está rechazando es el postfix del destino:

Puedes correr en debug el exim y ver que pasa cuando envias el e-mail ...

Me hiciste dar cuenta un detalle sobre esa línea del error:
from=<>
El from está en blanco, obvio que debe rechazar el mensaje.
Cómo te dijo Raza, revisa el origen en el exim, lastimosamente yo utilizo postfix y no sé cuál parámetro sería en exim.
