yo tengo el mismo problema, tengo centos 5.2 configurado Sendmail+MailScanner+Clamav

Tal y como esta planteado el problema, puedo enviar y recibir a travez de webmail, pero al intentarlo por Microsoft Outlook me permite solo recibir mas no enviar correos.

me sale el mensaje:
