Se está desactivando la eth0

Es un servidor web en Centos5: Hay dos tarjetas, la eth0 se comunica con la red interna y, por la eth1 sale al internet, estaba trabajando bién pero de un día para acá cada vez que enciendo el servidor sí levanta las dos interfaces y lo sé porque mientras está iniciando estoy haciendo ping a la eth0 y esta me responde, luego de unos segundos en que continúa levantando otros servicios SE DESACTIVA LA eth0 pero sí tengo señal por la eth1, para activar otra vez la eth0 tengo que reiniciar el servicio de red (service network restart) y ahora puedo dar servicio a la red interna por la eth0.
A continuación pego el detalle del último arranque (por razones obvias he reemplazado la IP de la eth1 con xxx.xxx...
¿Cómo puedo arreglar este problemita? (perdón por lo largo del texto adjunto)

Creo que el problema esta con NetworkManager, solo esta activand la interfaz eth1 y trata de buscar con dhcp la IP para eth0. Si estas utilizando un servidor recomendaría no utilizes modo gráfico y no utilizar NetworkManager.
