Hola a todos, cuando trato de instalar XMMS se me queda en el siguiente error:

checking for GLIB - version >= 1.2.2... no
*** The glib-config script installed by GLIB could not be found
*** If GLIB was installed in PREFIX, make sure PREFIX/bin is in
*** your path, or set the GLIB_CONFIG environment variable to the
*** full path to glib-config.
configure: error: *** GLIB >= 1.2.2 not installed - please install first ***

Trato instalar glib tomando el comentario de que no esta instaldo, entonces me aparece lo siguiente:

[root@srvteuno016 xmms-1.2.11]# yum install glib

Pienso que mi problema es entender lo que se dice en las lineas con ***, es decir esto:

*** The glib-config script installed by GLIB could not be found
*** If GLIB was installed in PREFIX, make sure PREFIX/bin is in
*** your path, or set the GLIB_CONFIG environment variable to the
*** full path to glib-config.

Alguien me puede dar una mano con esto?
